Our movement practices are designed for anyone who spends extended time sitting or wants to incorporate gentle movement into their daily routine. No prior experience is required.
Micro-movements take as little as 30 seconds, while full recovery flows range from 5-15 minutes. You can adapt the practice to fit any schedule.
No equipment is required. All movements can be performed with just your body, whether seated at a desk or standing. A yoga mat is optional for floor-based flows.
